By accessing or using Virtual Clubs Central (“VCC”), you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your login credentials secure, and for activity under your account. VCC may require email verification before account access is fully enabled.

3. Platform Use

VCC provides tools for teams, tournaments, match reporting, standings, and related competition features. You agree to use the platform lawfully and honestly.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You may not misuse the platform, impersonate others, submit false information, cheat, manipulate tournament records, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with the normal operation of the service.

5. Organizer and Admin Authority

Tournament organizers and VCC admins may approve or reject registrations, review disputes, remove tournament participants, and enforce platform rules to protect fairness and integrity.

6. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to VCC if users violate these Terms, harm the platform, or engage in abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful conduct.

7. No Warranty

VCC is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VCC and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted means the updated Terms will apply.
